Reservation Policy

We require a deposit of $100 CDN at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival. We accept the following methods of payment:

• Cash
• Personal Cheque: We will gladly accept your personal cheque. If you are paying in funds other than the Canadian dollar, we ask that you add $25 to the initial deposit to cover the cost of banking and exchange rates.
• Direct Debit
• VISA/MasterCard
• Other credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We know that things happen. Therefore, if you need to cancel our policy is a full refund up to five (5) days prior to your stay, a one nights charge for less than 5 days cancellation and no refund if less than 24 hours. We will make every attempt to rebook the suite and if we are successful we will not charge the cancellation fee.
